The Bike

Introduction:
The purpopse of this report is to encourage people about the qualities of moving by bike. My information is taken from UK government statistics.
Positive Effects:
Cycling is nowadays  25% more popular than 10 years ago, and due to this, there are 6% less cars on roads, which means: shorter journeys, less noise and less pollution.
Negative effects:
However, a lot of natural resources are used during the production, such as aluminium: 25 kilograms of this material are needed to make one bike for an adult.
Also, some of the bike's parts are quite difficult to recycle, such as rubber tyres, and lots of bikes are vuried in landfill sites.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, bikes are the vehicle of the future, but it's necessary to encourage the people, so they won't throw them away very soon
